I hope that through this blog I can share my knowledge, experiences, opinions, observations, and much more on what is most important in any environment, the human factor.
Whether it be in business or in personal relationships, people underestimate and overlook the most important variable that trumps dollars and cents, that trumps personal opinions and biases, that trumps selfish desires.
The most important variables in any environment are the people that make it up, and that drive the wheels in such environments as communities and businesses.
We need to take a broader look on the world. We need to focus on controlling the variables we can control, and spend less time and energy trying to control the ones we can't.
We need to understand what motivates the people we interact with in order to truly understand what they value most and what moves them, what empowers them, what makes them feel whole.
To be able to empower, to be able to encourage, to be able to get anything done, involves understanding and communicating with the human factor, and in order to do so, strong relationships need to be built.
