Wendy’s offering unlimited Frostys for $1. When does the sweet deal end?

Summer just got a little sweeter.

For the final weeks of summer, fast-food chain Wendy's will be offering a small $1 Frosty treat at participating locations across the country.

"As summer ends, Wendy's is giving fans a celebratory treat that can't be beat," the chain said in a press release on Tuesday, highlighting its new flavors.

What flavors are available for the $1 Frosty? You can go beyond chocolate

Customers can choose between the Classic Chocolate and limited-edition Triple Berry (strawberry, blackberry and raspberry) flavored Frosty and earn 10 points for every dollar spent with the Wendy's app.

How long does Wendy's Unlimited $1 Frostys last?

Six straight weeks of the $1 frosty. Starting Aug. 6, the chain is selling the treats at participating Wendy’s restaurants nationwide through Sunday, Sept. 15.

What is the best way to eat a Frosty? It's debatable

“There’s some debate on how to enjoy a Frosty,” the chain writes in a press release, highlighting out the treat is somewhere between a milkshake and soft-serve ice cream. “A spoon? Straw? With fries?” 

According to a national survey conducted by the chain, 70% of Frosty fans use a spoon while Gen Z customers are the most likely to choose a french fry as their preferred utensil.
