Schedule, ticket information for Polk County's high school football Kickoff Classic games

The final scores and records might not count just yet, but the Polk County high school football season is finally upon us.

It all starts Thursday and Friday with county teams' participation in Kickoff Classics. All games are $6, with some schools selling tickets on their school website or at the gate, while some schools have both options.

Games for Tenoroc, Lakeland Christian, Auburndale, Haines City and Winter Haven can also be found on gofan.co.

Folks should know that no food or drinks from outside vendors can be brought inside stadiums. And there is no reentry.

Additionally, high school football games can be viewed on the NFHS Network, which is a subscription service that broadcasts local as well as nationwide high school sporting events. You can see which local teams are on NFHS here.
