Back to School Bash offers free hair cuts for students this weekend

Polk County students have an opportunity to get a free haircut before heading back to class next week.

Filling the Lane will host a Back to School Bash at Vandyke Barbershop in Winter Haven on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. offering free hair cuts and hair styles for students.

The event will feature free hair cuts with food vendors, games, music and entertainment to celebrate the end of summer and start of a new school year.

An online signup can be found on the nonprofit organization's Facebook page at facebook.com/stepN2ourlane. Pre-registration is not required for haircuts.
